Hanging Out in Far Rockaway!

Thank you so much to Delicia Davis and everyone at the Sorrentino Recreation Center in Far Rockaway for inviting me to be the Guest Speaker for the PBS documentary Makers: Women in Comedy! I loved everything from watching the double dutch team (Stan’s Pepper Steppers) practice to the deep post-viewing, multigenerational discussion we got into about race, class, culture, and the importance of role models. It was slightly off topic but totally on point! (Let me not neglect to say how awesome it was to have some sisterly support from my Soror Crystal! EEE YIP!)
