One of my rockstar science friends, Dr. Phil Plait, introduced me, via Twitter, to one of my favorite authors: Laurell K. Hamilton! I just finished reading Kiss the Dead, and have been quoting it nightly in my Reading Is Fundamental Moment. The really cool part? She responded! Woo Hoo! #winning
